now i konow in 1.0 we had a training mission but why not a add a trainning mission in kf 2.0 well im guesing people have already played and know the basics but a training map will re-introduce Kfs basics. or possibly make the traing map a shooting gallery with live clots to fire at.

And to clarify, this training mission will be added in the singleplayer, right?

And to clarify, this training mission will be added in the singleplayer, right? It's undecided, to my knowledge atleast. It might be a button in the menu or it might be in single player.

It'll be a seperate tutorial. The main game will start off friendly enough as well, so getting the basics down will only be a monster in MP.

Personally I don't think there is any need for a tutorial. You get a gun, you have a money bar, there is zombies, what do you think you do?

You´ve got no crosshair, you´ve got to buy weapons or more importantly: ammo and grenades,(which you can only do between the rounds), there is a weight limit, grenades can be thrown seperately, zombies loose their special abilities when shot in the head... *goes on as he leaves the room to get some food*... you can weld doors, you can heal yourself and others (more importantly others)
... some stuff that makes KF unique and is better learnt offline. A training mission makes sense, especially the shooting range methinks.

Do you have to make a new thread every day?

As long as he isin't hi-jacking good threads, and making stupid topics. Then all bodes well.

I'd suggest making the training a seperate thign. Because I really hate having to go through a single palyer training thing when I already know what to do. If I ever replay it. It's annoying to go through it all again when you just wanna get straight to things.

Simply add another button to the main menu then, "Training".
