could u have done sumthin really dumb through the install like pushin no on an overwrite request? (check the filesize mine is 15.9 mb)
or
you and the server got different versions

No, the server has the patch installed.
And yes, I let it overwrite all the files.

Ok redid my whole paragraph to make it neater and more clear. The patch is amazing. I actually used the bullpup in one game more than all the time ive played KF in the past. The shotgun reskin is amazing. The new skins for the zombies are also top notch. West London looks brand new the Police station actually looks like a police station. I haven't tried any of the other maps besides the single player beta and even thats great. I was playing on Giesterbahn with Hayato, Antigod, Kyben and Abyx for a bit (Think i got everyone) and the patch makes it all seem brand new. So thank you guys who took your time to make KF feel like a new game. You have my dieing gratitude and if I had money you would also have some of that  EDIT: Also I played Pix's tower and thats great too. |

Just a notice to everyone, playing SingleplayerBeta will crash Dedicated servers. For the people who run servers, its best if you take it out of your map list.
It will run fine on Listen Servers.

There should be a new clean version uploaded asap. Even though it's an easy fix
we could lose potential future players because of it.
(and use winrar, for better comrpession)

(and use winrar, for better comrpession) Thats because of Singleplayer being in the default map list, right, so if I remove it from the map list, it will work fine, right <_<? My version is already in .rar on my mirror, so I'll just update it with that line out... |

Not much can be done, if I update it people will have different versions of singleplayer. Theres a reason it's called beta. Not to mention I don't know what exactly is crashing it yet.
It's fine, just don't run it on dedicated servers. Your missing all the scary stuff if your not the host anyways..

Hello,
My names Calvin, and I Just got done play a few rounds with the new Patch.
On that one German Server The one thats like 'ill" Or something, Anyways,
1.After Dying, It seems the Specimens Still stay there.
2.The Pipe Doesn't become bloody after beating a specimen or person with it.
Just thought I'd point that out?
If it wasn't already, >_<
I Love the new skins. For Soldier and Urban Soldier.
Thanks for Releasing the patch, It has made KF Better. =)

I was talking about the INIs... Which is in the INIs <_< The patch supplied on my mirrors is sort of fixed, not really...just sort of. It removes The singleplayerBeta map from the default maplist for a server, so if any newbies try to fire up a server(most servers dont work properly unless they decide to set it up properly with the INI anyways) the singleplayerbeta wont be on the list...I think  They can always change that, but thats the closest thing to stopping it I can do from my end. That applies to both the .rar and the .7z EDIT: My mirror'd files also contain a quick fix on the resolution bug. The default windowed view is 800x600, and I lowered the fullscreen resolution to 1024x768. |

Yesh, that's the big problem with patcher\s. Not every server updates fast.

Ah, I love this new Clot - Invasion - Mutator ...

Its time to polish my axe ....
The KF1.0 Remakes are also great.
But is the Mainmenu supposed to be black ... ?
