A fresh install isn't necessary.
The problem is the KFMod20.ini.
The resolution is set at 512x256. Simply switching the resolution higher, playing a game, then exiting the program should fix everything. (The Settings only save if you play a game I think).
If for any reason you cant start the game because of this, Try changing these in the KFMod20.ini
Under [WinDrv.WindowsClient]
WindowedViewportX=1280
WindowedViewportY=1024
FullscreenViewportX=1280
FullscreenViewportY=1024

Tried that, it's no use, works once but when I quit and reopen, it's back again.

Being as Corey is a dumb dumb and didn't test.
Try deleting your INIs they auto regenerate when you start the game.

It's an order. its not like i respond to orders but itl be up at sunday as i finally get back to my pc. this time im going to try make that shit run on a separate pc with freebsd (or if i lose against that devil with debian) on it so it will hopefully be 24/7 |

It might be a good idea to make a back up of your 2.1 killing floor just incase anything goes wrong, i've made a backup just in case, storing it my 250 external harddrive.

plus i've e-mailed the people who have servers up like, illuminator, mclaww666, nama server asking them when/if they are updating to new 2.11 patch!

hmm, I have a problem.
when I try to join an online server playing the KF-Biotics map, it always pops up this message that the server has failed to download the KillingFloorLabTextures.
Well, I looked in my texture folders and I had the lab textures in it already..
