My List
Bugs
-Inventory Bug (or as I call it Zombie-Mugging) I notice it'll happen because an Axe shows up in My inventory screen (The Catagoery called My Inventory in the store menue) However I don't have an axe. It takes up room and when I buy an item then switch I get zombie-mugged.
- When I walk over any movable objects sometimes my view flies everywhere.
My suggestions
-Make right-click on the Chester Shotgun bring up Iron Sights. So I don't have to use my magic marker.
-Make me move slower at 50 or 60 health not 79.
-Respawn free clips in a cabinet somewhere so I'm not screwed if running there with 0 ammo and a horde of zombies.
-Team status overlay would be nice too.
-Co-Op, please!
Other than that, GREAT MOD! Maybe better then RO

neh the karma bug that swings you around is just the karma ..no bug if we take away karma the objects wont move.
just practise you will get the feel where the cross hair is sopposed to be. too many people saying iron sights for winch

I noticed a bug (exploit?) that doesn't seem to be covered here regarding the LAW. It happens during the reload animation, that, if you switch to another weapon (the 9mm dualies is the only other weapon I tested this with) and back to the LAW, it's like you don't have to wait for the reload animation for the LAW, you just go boom-switch-boom. Luckily, it only shaves off about a second and a half from the fire rate (a random guess, but you all know what I mean).
I haven't tested this too much (okay, maybe I have, but that's besides the point), but I only used the doilies and the LAW in tandem.
Just thought I might put in my one and a half cents in...

Noticed another weapon bug, this time on Hunting shotgun. Eventho' it reloads automaticly after each shot, it sometimes gets "jammed", and I have to press R to "reload" it, and then it works again. I also noticed that if you press R right after you shoot, it stops the reload animation and you can fire again slighly quicker.

I am unable to get in the mod at all. I heard of this mod through PC Gamer (US version) and have been waiting to play it for a while. Every time I click on the shortcut (which has no picture) I get "The item 'UT2004.exe -mod=KFmod' that this shortcut refers to has been changed or moved, so this shortcut will no longer work properly." Also, the mod does not show up in the community screen in UT2004; I have downloaded the patch for UT, "ut2004-winpatch3355.exe" and installed it. I have uninstalled the mod several times and reinstalled it again, and downloaded it from several sources.

Ensure that the mod installed to your UT2004 root directory.
ie.
C:\UT2004\KFmod
the shortcut parameters for the KF shortcut should be changed to reflect *your* UT2k4 install path.
for example.
C:\UT2004\System\UT2004.exe - mod=KFmod
Good luck getting the mod to work.
And a word of warning.
Don't go into the game expecting the world. You may end up dissapointed. The people who seem to have been let down are the ones who were expecting a first release to be a retail grade product.

Thanks for the quick reply, its a shame I only checked today. It worked tho, when I installed UT I put it in the Program Files. Thanks again. By the way, are there iron sites for every gun, and if so how do I activate them (alt-fire does nothing)?

Hmwell i got some strange problem regarding weapons range, altho i only have it in the map im currently working on. All the weapons have drastically reduced range, means i can fire and fire and hit nothing if im not within melee range. This is not only for Zombies, i need to get close to anything if i wanna hit it. Bots have the problem too (added a clot to test, they fired at it from a distance without any effect). Strangely the shotgun is unaffected by this O.o Please tell me im just messing something up in the "Create" menu or the weapons need waypoints for range calculation or something equally wacky so i can shake this feeling im making a map which will be unplayable because of some lameass bug. Its...haunting

Uh great. Im about 80 percent done with that sucker. Ued has always been a bitch but that really falls into "Bitchass software wasting my time". Grmpf. That would be something to look into for 1.01.

It's not my problem dude, not to sound like an asshole.
But trust me, you're not the only one who's had shit from UED. It's a really glitchy piece of software.
Guess how many times I remade manor because the terrain tool fucked up or BSP corrupted itself?
upwards of 5 times.
In fact, the original map didn't even look remotely like the new one.
If you're gonna map, or mod, it's just something you've gotta buck up and deal with .

Did the original manor have a house with more floors by chance? Eh, well its gonna be a lot of switching between two instances of UEd then (copypaste doesnt do it, i tried) to try to redo shit as exactly as possible. But not today or probably this week. Think im gonna read a book or do something which keeps me away from the computer for awhile Still, a magical fix for this in 1.01 would be very much appreciated ;D
