Well then you're gonna like version 2. Or as I calls it, Killing Floor 2: Hairy Ass Alex edition. It's even got his hairy ass mug as a character in it.

Let me start by saying hello to everyone. I just picked this mod up yesterday and I've found it quite interesting and one of the best zombie survival-horror mods out there. Now, that's enough of that, let me get to my real point here... You guys have been talking about the LAW a lot, and while it is a good weapon, it's unfortunatly been depreciated some by time. (Please note: while I understand that version 2.0 is nearing release, I don't want to sound like I'm saying your current choices of weaponry are crap or anything like that, I'm just offering some suggestions based on my research of military weaponry.) Some possible, and more modern alternatives might be the Swedish made AT4 Light Antitank Grenade Launcher (also known as the M136) or, better yet, the Swedish made Carl Gustaf Recoilless Rifle. Personally, the Gustaf (MAAWS) system is a better alternative, as it does offer fragmentation rounds for use against infantry, so while artistic license permitting, it would be somewhat realistic (since judging by the gameplay, you're trying for some degree of realism). That's all I'll say right now. I'll try to keep from typing a large amount and deluging everyone with ideas.

Though a recoiless rifle in the field seems kinda dumb to me, as it usually needs two people.

About as dumb as the military fielding Winchesters and hunting shotguns? Anyway, good to meet you Magus, CT rocks, and just FYI, your announcement came about half a week before the game's release... but welcome!

Well, I've got (*Ahem* STRONG) opinions towards the use of the L85, but I'm just throwing ideas out. Perhaps for a version 3, if it's ever made, or subsequent updates to version 2. After all, if they are an elite unit, they're not going to have a standardized armament. Standard Army and Marine grunts get an M16, typically 6 extra mags or so, some fragmentation grenades, and that's the norm for the rifleman. Special ops guys get to choose their weaponry to their own needs.

I heard that Lab experiments can Spit acidic Bile, scream like banshees, hop like frogs, or even wield maceclub hands!
On the grapevine. About 10k due south of reality and 4 miles west of Fiction.

Standard US Army and Marine grunts get... Corrected for acuracy. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Royal_Marines#Current_weaponsChainsaws were later removed from that list as a matter of protecting national security. KF weapons mirror everything (insert military unit here) has to offer.

Forgive me if some of these suggestions were already mentioned: Collisions: Often in games, me and my squad would usually find a spot in the map that was close quarters and presumed to be "temporarily safe." However once when zombies barge in and people get frantic and try to get out of the line of battle, they aren't able to because of the person behind them is not moving, and the other person behind this person is not moving, creating a "bunch-up." So that no one can move and everyone is trapped. If you could make it so that your characters could go through each other, that'd let loose alot of frustating times in close quarters, such as the Office Buildings. Invisible Zombie Girl Thingies: Yeah, people (including me) have a very hard time seeing these little critters. Even when we know they are there, right in front of us, slashing and ripping our flesh from us, some people still have a hard time of firing at them. Perhaps you could add some sort of scope or binocular mask that would make them easier to see. (and it can also fill up that equipment space area in the buy/sell merchant girl so that the armor vest is alone in there.. ) Animations: Yeah, the zombie animations are fine, however the player animations and skins are a bit ... well, rather robotic and slow. However, I think this will be fixed in the next update, so this is just a lil' rant.. Zombies That Crawl On The Ground And Hop: Yeah, these get quite annoying that when they jump, they instantly jump very fast and land upon the ground very fast - making it very hard to shoot them while they are in mid-air. Lessen the Reload Time on the Dual 9mm: Wouldn't hurt? Player Can Play As Zombie: Perhaps in the future, you could add a gameplay where players can become zombies and fight other players as soldiers. OR, all players become zombies and try to kill computer soldiers. This of course, you would maybe need to add another "breed" of player zombies so that other players/computers wouldn't be able to pick them off so easily. Make More Character Models: These guys are cool -- I'd like to see more of them so that we have an assortment of characters and variety. Well, that's all that I can think of for now. Edit: Also, what's this green box thingy I ususally see spawning in the maps? I go up close to them, but nothing happens?

So that no one can move and everyone is trapped. If you could make it so that your characters could go through each other, that'd let loose alot of frustating times in close quarters, such as the Office Buildings. This is why you need team tactics It makes it harder and more realitic Invisible Zombie Girl Thingies: Perhaps you could add some sort of scope or binocular mask that would make them easier to see. (and it can also fill up that equipment space area in the buy/sell merchant girl so that the armor vest is not alone in there.. ) The idea is nice but I doub it will be in there, I like the way they add toi the difficulty factor. Animations: player animations and skins are a bit robotic and slow. However, I think this will be fixed in the next update, so this is just a lil' rant.. Well only the strafe animation has that effect on me... Seemst to animate too slow for the speed he moves. I easely ignore it though.. Zombies That Crawl On The Ground And Hop: Not much about them, They are great to train your nerves ^-^ Lessen the Reload Time on the Dual 9mm: Wouldn't hurt? Could be nice yes.. seeing my old favorite is no longer worth the money the ammo costs.. Player Can Play As Zombie I doub that is a good idea... Also it would need a complete redoing of the script which is not going to happen.. Make More Character Models: These guys are cool -- I'd like to see more of them so that we have an assortment of characters and variety. I'd like to see someone on the forum create some new models Alex allready made enough Also, what's this green box thingy I ususally see spawning in the maps? I go up close to them, but nothing happens? LAW ammo

Killing Crawlers takes practice.
HINT FOR STALKERS!!!: Keep your sound turned up high and listen for quick footsteps, OR look for shadows along the ground.

Or play enough AVP2 to be able to see any kind of disturbance in light/blending light problems. The grain filter makes it a bit harder to see them, but nevertheless you become sort sort of goddamn maniac who is able to headshot them when they're nigh invisible.
However, there are occasions where they do become completely invisible, but it's really rare.
