As long as I can make zombies go out with a bang it is fine by me.

Anything that kills zombies good is a friend of mine. Funny thing though, isn't the law a disposable one shot affair, or am I confused and lost in the snow like a sad puppy?

hehe, the Army version may be a one-shot affair, but the special DRF anti-zombie version is somewhat different

Well, seeing as how Alex hasn't gotten to remaking the LAW yet, there's still always the possibility that he finds a design that he feels suits KF 2.0 more, using a non fire-and-forget RPG.
However, there *is* a variant of the M72, the american one that is similar to the LAW 80, which is refire-able, the M190. Unfortunately, I don't have an image of it. I believe it looks mostly the same as a LAW 80, so changing it is only a matter of background story, really.

Never heard of the M190 and I can't find a pic, so my refrence is out. =\

The M190 is a training varient, according to Wikipedia anyway. "A training variant of the M72 LAW, designated the M190, also exists. This weapon is reloadable and uses the 35 mm M73 training rocket. A subcaliber training device that uses a special tracer cartridge also exists for the M72."
I believe it's not a field usable weapon, probably because of the difficulty in carrying sufficient ammunition or wear on the weapon with use. Not much else on it. I'll talk to my friend who just got out of the army, I know he used LAWs before. Bet he's seen it.

Well, even if it *is* a training wep, it's a friggin zombie game, reality be damned. It would be easy enough to say it's an M190 that was modified to fire non training rockets.

I enjoyed the bunker idea, its really what ive been trying to see in this game the whole time! The only thing that is bothering me now is that some of the models (1.0) didnt fit into the characters hands, like the pistols are held like a shotgun, and the bullpump isnt even held in the front.
I'm sure this is probably already fixed now, but just wanted to put that out there.
I would also like to see the push thing put in, if you could assign it as a alt-fire on most large melee weapons like the fire axe. This way it wouldnt be abused, but would still be there to get you out of a tight spot if you have a nice melee weapon.

The arm and weapon holding wierdness has been fixed, Alex made a new model based on his own hairy ass arm. In so far as I can recall, there are concussion grenades planned that will stun and slightly knock back zeds in the works. I dunno where Alex has gone with the idea, it's been a long time since I've heard about it. However, in 2.0, there are less overall zeds, and more large open levels, so you are a lot less likely to get caught in a corner.

Well, I would say it's more challenging, but due to overall better quality. A lot of the hardness comes from the fact that the zeds are smarter, and have better pathing, and the fact that you can only access the weapon store once per wave. Plus the freaking goddamn crawlers. Jesus fuck man, you gotta watch your back around em.
