What would be cool would be adding some kind of push-back effect to weapons. I don´t want a fleshpound to be knocked back 50 feet when hit by a handgun, but it would be cool if they showed some reaction to a full-on shotgun blast when not dieing (because THEN they fly around to the other side of the map, ragdoll-effect and all).
Or make them at least STOP for a moment when hit in critical places with the right amount of firepower.
Dunno if you´ve got the time and patience for that, but those are my 2 cents.

from what ive seen in the code that system is already there(think axe) bot its way to underpowered

Few small comments, the Axe damage will most likely not be increased, mainly due to the fact that it does cause a small stun affect, as where you are capable of hitting the stunned specimen a second time before it even gets a chance to attack back if you time it right, increasing the power could cause some more annoying exploiting (think 1.0 Chainsaw, just a tad slower).
As for the Winchester, yeah, it could be a little more powerful, but considering it is a long-range weapon with iron sights, and well placed shots can take things down fast, Gores take about three shots for me, clots one to two, bloats about two, stalkers one, Sirens just one if you hit the head, it's pretty powerful already, it may not be the best for close range, though it still is good, but that's the point, it's meant to be a long-range, as you have the shotgun for close range.
The Urban skin, was already setup by Alex, as far as I understand, it just didn't work, Grex fixed that with his set, so yes, it will be acceptable by servers.

@grim You should test that before releasing the patch. I never used that skin and the player-skin check I built in is really "cheap". It might not work, just give it a try...

To be honest I don't know what gave you that idea, but no, you can't download it without this shotgun(unless Kyben wants to set it up so people can). This is something we planned from the beginning and we'd very much like to keep it.

So far I think what you guys have done is nothing short of amazin, you've really done a great job, especially to say that you've only worked on this for what 1, 2 months or so?
Any updates on release dates? Also what's the plans for official server updates, will the servers that are online all the time be updated, I sure hope so.

ok just a passing thought since it's being worked on and it probably wouldnt take much to change it, is it possible to change the dual pistols to fully semi automatic, like FEAR, or even better if anybody has played Red Faction 2. on FEAR, every mouse button press, 1 shot fired etc on Red Faction 2, same as above, but left click controls left gun, right click controls right gun just a thought as it should be easy to change it to the first example, and more realistic and fun than just holding fire
