Mmmkay... This version has mega lag in some areas. I noticed this while playtesting. I've fixed it though. Uploading the new version now. Will replace the old link.

You should test your map or ask others to test your map before you put it up for download. I'm not a big fan of downloading a map abunch of times. Also, not a good thing if theres all these different versions of your map, some people might not see that you updated, then people can't join others servers cuz its not the same map version. Just gets messy.
Btw, I'd be happy to test anyones maps and give them feedback if they need it.

Yeah, I know it's annoying, but I did test it. It wasn't apparent how bad the lag was untill I played it over lan with my brother, after I'd uploaded it. Sorry, I'm uploading now, but my internet's being wierd.

Well, sorry about the wait. Savefile to an age, then told me it wasn't working again. So make do with this megaupload link: www.megaupload.com/?d=KM81SV0QI updated the original post too. I'm going over to see my on of my mates again tomorrow, so you might see me online (I'll let you know it's me if it's anyone from here) or maybe I'll even have a server up (dedicated, cause he's got loads of PCs, and with wasteyard. woo ;D). Normal difficulty though, because I'm hardly elite at KF yet. EDIT: And, I'll see what I can do about a savefile link. For now, it's not working though. |

Well, me and Grim had a playthrough on the map a few times, god damn man. It's frickin' HARD.
Though we found a REALLY cheap camping spot. I'll give you the screens through a PM.

Absolutely acceptable map, but doesnt slower PCs have a problem with this? I noticed the FPS on my PC going doooown when i played it, but my pc is teh sexx0rz so it has no problems with it
ps: i got stuck behind a door i tried to open (more of a gate than a door on a second thought), anyhow, i couldnt get out. I was trapped there till the end of eternity (till the zeds finally spawned and finished me off)

If you get stuck behind a door, you can break it by damaging it with one of your weapons. (the knife is probably best.)

Doyora, will the "Amboutside.uax " from UT2K4 work for this map? or does it have to be the one from UT99? edit: nevermind i went ahead and just tried it. worked like a charm btw, real nice map. |

Hey hey, I like it man. Good flow to it. I think some of the weapons should be a bit more random... seems like an arsenal is pretty easy to grab... need to play it with some more folks though... good job!
