This map is sketchy on our LAN, doesn't show up properly if you are not the server host. I'll fiddle around with it myself and see if I can fix it...its always been like this though. Even in alpha...it just refuses to work. Whatever you put in there hates my PC Kicker.

I too have this problem, you cannot see the map or run it no matter what you do!
I seriously wanna try this map out but not on my own, too hard, haha

This is strange problem....
seing as it has no actors or objects i have embedded into the map that should take conflict with it.
You have downloaded the music files for the level? both of them right?

yeah, I've had a similar problem before and it has something to do with zone-infos and the fog in them. It was in sewers, I had to delete a zone info and re-apply fog to the level through the level-info and it ran fine on LAN.
With this level, on LAN I have managed to change one zone-info and made it work in that zone, however there is a shitload of zones that will need changing. And when I take out the zone-infos the music stops...as weird as that may sound. I may have to re-place the KF-Music actor. i'll see if I can fix it myself and upload it Kicker, to save you fucking with a map that you are sick of...

I played the BETA2 and found a bug and wave-problem
bug: the train HAS power. When you go inside, it's moving and kills you 'cause the door is closed but the train can go through it.
wave problem: you can reach the last room in wave 10, so you need to add 4 or 5 doors. One inside the sewers (you should add a spawn in the upperpart too, if you place a door there) and one for example could be the broken wall: The player need to place a bit C4 there to blow it into pieces, but the c4 only explodes after a wave.
and the first trader: player can camp there the whole map. so you should add doors wich close the first trader from wave 7 to the wave you need to go back there.

Bindal... The train is by default switched off untill you activate the train in the security pannel (by the first trader inside the room) ... If however you decide to allow a zombie onto the second train, you will indeed find yourself a piece of meat on the floor 2nd problem: If you reach the last room in wave 10, that sounds about normal, as i got to that wave too The broken wall would be a bit of a problem, 1.On dedicated servers, movers can slow down the client (try it with a falling elevator ) 2.Key points on the movers would be tad difficult, and i am not yet sure how to create exploding emitters. 3rd problem: Do you mean the player can camp outside the shop? or inside the shop? Eiether way, he's more likely to get pooned if he says there too long! However, to avoid confusion on all the wave shit, i can't wait to use 2.5 mapping ... this i need!

prob1: Well, we (kuckuck, death and me) went into the train and the train starts moving and made us to marmalde (ok, i survived because i was in the first train).
prob2: Well, it would be better, when you can reach the last room while the last wave. But that's just my oppinion.

I did originally leave all the doors to a wave triggered responce. But the problem i had with that, was that 1.Sometimes when the last specimen got lost, you would have to wait for him to die. 2. I found that an objective was alot more fun that JUST killing them.
and 3. (this is the worst) IF you have bots running in your server, they can open ANY mover they want, WHEN they want!!!
Give it a try! lol ... Problem with that tho is usually the second door doesnt open!

Well, This map needs visual improvement and optimization. Which I can do and re-release it for the 2.5 Map-pack only have it as a story-mode map...Also, I won't put my name on it, I'll just ghost mapper it.

No, its ok maul. This map is still in a beta format. It has alot more room for improvement, i think i might re-release it for Story Mode. I would much rather it stay the way it is (official)

Kicker, I finally had the chance to play on your map. The attention to detail is mind blowing, the level progression is very good, the only downside is that you need a decent team, but thats not exactly a map fault.
Due to the team not playing properly, we only made it to wave 5 or so! Anyway, there was a major problem in the main lobby, once the specimens had spawned the lobby became a lag fest, very bad slowdown. It wasnt my PC either, it effected the entire server. I would assume it was normal network lag, however it wasnt the same, it was more like mapping lag, slowdowns, if you get what I mean.
Hopefully I will get to play this map again with a decent team. Its an amazing concept, and its a pity that some players are calling it shit just because they cant camp like standard KF maps. I believe progressions maps are the future of KF.

I played it online, I think it was the Headsteam (spelling?) server, not too sure though.
Once 2.5 is released Im going to attempt to host a listen server every now and then with TS server with it. It will be password protected so that only invitees can connect, dont worry some of you here will be invited.
