Hey everyone, I updated Swamp to 2.0 heres the link: nalicity.beyondunreal.com/map_hub.php?mid=8968Enjoy. It's acually what I intended it to be like now, playable, zombies should spawn as much as any of the other maps. Here's some screenshots, for the people who want to see what it looks like before they dl it: Those are pics from the 1.0, I was to lazy to get new ones, there close enough. I'll be posting all my maps on this thread, it's alot easier.

Me and a friend tried it. With some running around with shotties (grenade lobbing for sirens) we managed to pull through on normal with just 2 without big problems. It's a very nice map, but I would suggest more weaponspawns (I found only 1) and maybe some more.... stuff to play around in. A fence maybe? It's too easy to run away here and there.
But the map is good and we liked it very much

We need more close in urban maps... too much distance gives the players a hell of an advantage. Wish we could create something where there really is no advantageous location... love to have to constantly be on the move. Offices is good, but there are too many long hallways where you won't get flanked... a monster spawn should really be right outside the merchant room to stop camping in the hall just above.

The house is a great camping spot. it's just so fun to have some snipers in the top floor and a few shotgunners downstairs. Great fun.

Freakin' sweet... damn, I love winning by the skin of my teeth... if the last fleshpound falls to the last DRF member alive wielding a knife and sporting 2% health... then that is a good game.

Kyben... holy hell man... easily my new favorite map, just trying to hold the house alone was insane... very, VERY good job... might want to make an open window upstairs to jump out of if you don't want to die by the claws of a specimen though.
And I assume you know you can buy stuff through the walls? lol

When I played with XPC and Udyr and Arkygirl on this map, it was very good. The visuals look fantastic and the gameplay is sweet.
There are a couple of problems though, the trader, you can trader with her any time you want. I got abit of mouse lagg.
And apart from that, everything is great. Loving it.

Hey Kyben, could you fix the trader thing? We can acces it the whole game long as the wall is to thin.

Aww man, I didn't even think about being able to buy through the wall. I'll fix that right away. I'm glad you all are liking it! ;D

This map is pretty good, with some neat touches like the manor in the distance, and the insects around the lamps. The framerate is kind of low for me though. Try adding antiportals, Zones and removing the collision on complex meshes/ones you can't reach or shoot.
Trading throught the wall is a bit like that bit in a midsummer night's dream, where they talk through a chink in the wall.
