Day of the dead was, by far, in my opinion, the worst of George Romero's movies(to be fair I never saw day of the dead 2, which was supposedly among the worst movies of all time). Bob was basically domesticated, in that he was no longer violent and didn't try and eat the humans. While this might have been because one of the scientists was teaching him, I think that just accelerated the evolutionary process. He did end up shooting one of the characters in the end, but that was mostly because the guy was a jerk(read:the main villian) The more they evolve the smarter they are; the smarter they are the less violent they are. Hmm... interesting. So let me guess, Bob became a good guy? Anyway, from what i hear, the movie has some mixed reviews. I'm really thinking about getting this movie, but i'm not so sure now. Anyway, as for gibberstein's post, do you plan on becoming a Zombie, or just join them as a human?

Yeah, it's just you. I mean, isn't the XPC a military branch made to eradicate Zombies?
Anyway, it depends on alot of factors that decide whether you'd survive, or die.

Day of the Dead is easily the weakest Romero zombie film. It's got some good scenes, and a very good concept, but all the way through you can tell there were so many conpromises made because of budget and time. There's a lot of filler scenes that don't move the plot much, that you can tell were added to replace much more exciting but expensive ideas. However, if you like zombie movies, I highly recommend watching it, just for the truly fantastic scenes at the end. If you have any doubts, rent it. I can promise you you'll enjoy the end enough to make it worth the rental price, even if you don't feel the need to ever watch it again. ...and would I really willingly join the zombies? Not really. However, the simple life of eating whoever gets in your way would be a very stress-free one Lets say you fall to the Zombie Horde, and wake up with some faint memories of your past life. Who would you seek out to munch on first? I've got a couple of ex-managers I'd like to take for dinner, but alas they'd be zombie bait well before I would. Alas, someone else will get there first, no doubt

I'd go to my dad's shop. Lower four feet of the walls are cinderblocks, above that is thick sheet metal supported by steel beems. The door is a bigass chunk of steel with a deadbolt lock on it and opens outwards. If it was to be banged on, it would have about an inch of steel on both sides and the top of it, to stop it from opening aside from the deadbolt. And then, since we have high storage racks, I could grab my dad's hunting bow and a shit load of rope and cut a hole in the roof and play target practice.
The only real weakness of the place is the fact that there's a big garage door, it's not very tough. But considering the fact that my dad is a cabinet maker, we could simply reinforce the shit out of it.
And then once I cleared enough zombies from the premesis of the shop, make a foldable ladder from the roof and use it to get down to the cars on the ground and take one, and go run some of them over, aswell as get more supplys since there's a gun store(Unless it closed down, I don't know still looks fine to me), litterally, down the road and around a turn. Or go to the police station, since I live in the biggest town in New Jersey. We have a VERY fucking big police station, so I'm sure if it was over run, I could probably make my way in and somehow break into the armory.
And live a not so happy life shooting zombies in the face with arrows with basically cross shaped razor blades on the tips.

Hmm, if it were just your generic poke-em-away-with-a-stick zombies, I would have no problem just keeping in higher ground, scavenging, etc.
If it were KF type zombies, I would be dead in a flash. :S

So, who else here is personally afraid of being pulled down from a chainlink fence by a middle aged man who has been zombified as two more of them come from nearby alleyways, an old woman and a young child. They surround you and began to tear at your flesh as you try to get away, screaming as blood escapes from your body in a massive pool around you. Your attempts to push them away are severly hindered by the fact that your bone is showing in your arm and you have a hole in your stomach, you feel light headed and eventually can only give up from fatigue and pass out, dieing soon after.
That happened to me in a dream once... lucid one too. =\

What can i say. That's a scary dream. But hey, it probably won't happen to you the day that the Zombies come out to feast on the Flesh of the living, since you have been playing KF. And as we all know, KF is a good simulator incase of a zombie attack right?

Haha, nah, I know how to own zombies rather well. I have a plan for making my practice Katana bladed. Get a football puncher thingy(Something for cabinets) and put some holes in it, and then get razor blades and put them into the slots, hold them in by bolts or something.
Haha... ^^
