There are no plans because it was already discussed- in order to make this possible, we would have to release every part of the game except the maps. For this reason, Alex and I already said that this won't happen. It was discussed, we told you no, and you went to the community with it regardless. Don't do it again. Mapping resources can wait until after final release. End of story.
