Played West London earlier today and someone discovered an exploit using the large metal wire gate near the entrance to the Police Department basement. The exploit was repeated many times with 100% success, its also quite easy to do.
All you need to do is open the gate then while its open position yourself against the wall it closes to. Close the gate and it will head towards you, as it touches you click the jump button and you will jump all the way onto the top of the gate. You can then walk on the high wall and jump onto the fences at one end of the bridge.
As far as i could tell the zombies couldnt touch you. I dont know when the next patch is coming but this should be in it. Merely putting a blocking volume at the top of the gate and on the wall should fix it i think.
