Hmm, let me take a look at this.
It seems you have a severe case of stupid for believing that a game manufactered by EPIC(not Microsoft) in two thousand four, two full years before the Xbox360 controller was released. Would work, for a MOD created for the SAME game would allow the use of a fucking Xbox360 controller.

Nope a lunchbox 360 controller prob wont work as people have said, also HOW THE HELL could you play this with a controller :S... I mean, the keyboard and mouse is the way of the force and if you say otherwise then you are a fool and deserve to perish in the hands of 1000 zombies to come.
