all zombies are Invisible

Me and my freand are laning and were trying to give this game a shot but when we start playing only the hosting player can see the zombies, the other player can only see some blood splatting when theyre shot and when they bumb into barrels.

Ive been searching the forums but i havent found any that reseble our problem. if someone encountered the same problem and managed to fix it,please help me out.

hmmm are the kfmod-files in the serverpackages?

Erm this may be a noobish question but im am a noob when it comes to this havent played many mods whit ut2k4 , where do i put the kfmod files into serverpackage. ;D

After opening it, search for that section: [Engine.GameEngine]

Only all Data with *.u (Out of the System folder) can be used as ServerPackages, so
add the following sentences there:

ServerPackages=KFMod
ServerPackages=KFGui
ServerPackages=KFCoreVoice
ServerPackages=KFChar
ServerPackages=GoodKarma

Thanks for the info i managed to get it to work whit the info, but it didnt work to modify the ut2k4.ini but when i modified the kfmod20.ini then the zombies appeared for everyone.
