BSOD / White screen thing

After my comp crashed, once I loaded this game up, and it went all scratchy, my comp got the BSOD, and well, now everytime I load the game up it's all white. It happened when I went ot the Multiple Server list...

I searched and the problem has been mentioned, but no fix(I tried search sterms:BSOD, Blue Screen, and crash / crashing)

My system specs, and I am well up to date with my drivers, and I can run many other comercial games flawlessely(HL2, Doom 3, Quake 4, ectera) And the normal UT2004 and other mods perfect at maxed out.

Now, even if I change the graphics in the .ini I can't load it up =/

So I want to ask, could anyone please, please help me with my problem here? It would be greatly appreciated since I wish to enjoy your modification. Thank you.

EDIT: A restart let me into the game, and to go to the server list, but I could not join any for awhile, got into one, but one kid did not hit "Ready" So I had to disconnect. Every server I go on now I can't even get in, and every time I get the White screen and have to restart comp.

I read this was a MAC only problem , what gives?

Did you do it in this order.
Patch to 3369
Install ECE
Patch AGAIN to 3369.

If you didn't do it that way, you shouldnt even be able to get into the game. But its worth a shot doing it.

Try moving your kfmod20.ini out of the system dir.

As I said often the Can't join servers Issue is not a bug.. It is people not configuring servers right... A lot of people that set up a KF server either do that to play alone and forget setting a password or are ignorant to the rules of how to set up a KF server.

Well thank you, I did all that you had said(cept repatch after the ECE thing)

I turned the resolution down, and it works perfectly now.

Even though with my specs, running it maxed out shouldn't be a problem. I guess I'll assume it's just an bug or something, since this is a beta / demo or whatever.

With that in mind, I must be leant on the complaints.

Great game, enjoyed playing it, no stale combat even after two hours.

One issue I REALLY HATED: Waiting for everyone to hit "Ready" Because some people go AFK, and then everyone has to leave the server(Unless it's dedicated and an admin is present)Although I'm sure this issue has been addressed and hopefully change so that say... 75% of the players hit "Ready" it starts.

The ready issue is not an issue within the next patch. Game starts automatically after a predefined time.
