After the demo, the ensuing flurry of activity, and the duldrums as I pieced together the rest of the buy menu, I am now ready to take the steps necessary to bring a new coder into the fold. This new coder will be needed to do a variety of odd jobs around the codebase, and therefore need not be an expert, but must:
-Be well-versed in the basics of unrealscript.
-Be ready to learn.
-Have a demo prepared to show us what he/she knows.
The demo can be a pain, but it doesn't have to be a mod you've worked on previously- something you've thrown together for the occasion is sufficient. I hate to require something like that, but I just don't have the time or energy to go find a NEW coder because this one doesn't work out, so I need to get it right the first time. If you're dedicated and at least fairly knowledgeable, we could use your help to make all the wonderful features we have planned ready for our summer release! So if you liked Killing Floor, then you'll love working on it!
