Hey,ofc read the title (V doesn't work ery well ).Simply mine that im gonna set up for most days after school,weekends.im gonna download some new map packs but cant be assed
if your interested in a server where someone actually joins then this is the place.

It depends much more on your actual internet connection that the PC. Yeah it will help if you run it on a decent PC, but unless you have a very good upload speed then you'll find that the server will lag quite a lot.

ya i mean it is possible to run a server with 6 people on even on a P2-3 (i cant remember what 100%) with 128mb ram and 20 GB HDD which is way way below the required specs needed for UT 2004 believe me i have done it mite set that old box as a server sometime soon...
