I'm assuming the changing colours is a demonstration of what it looks like in different situations...coz other wise KF has become a nightclub lol. Nah looks interesting. Going to be really weird play though - sort of like FPS Silent Hill. I'm going to be scared.

If you want to take KF to the disco, that's not my problem But for most of the vanillia Survival maps, the effect is alot more subtle. You may hardly notice it.

That will kill backwards compatibility with previous versions of maps.
This is good. I've always wanted to be able to annoy people if they find a bug, rather than fixing it, you can just throw brightly colored pink bloom into their face.

ZoneInfos have been used since the stone-age of UT mapping Most KF maps have used them at some point, and I assume mappers know about them. If you have a map that's zoned, chances are you're using Zoneinfos as well. And everybody but noobs zone their maps This system is as non-invasive as possible. All you might have to do is go back and plunk in a few extra ZIs for added effect, and maybe tweak the colors, thats it!

Maybe add a disco ball for effect? LOL. These were my first thoughts exactly, but I was watching the clip without sound for the first time...later watched it again and went "oh...right"

I'm impressed, this'll really give the maps a new feel... I can't wait to see what people will do with this.

Hope you know your views on noobs not zoning also effects PiX on tower (i think?) or is that just alpha?
