Um, having liked but not LOVED the trailer for 2.0 i was wondering if perhaps this time around there was a way in which someone with a decent video-editing program could make a really really really awesome movie to attract potentials to this wonderful mod. I would love to do it, but alas my computer sucks willy and would not be able to show off the beautiful low-res textures in full glory...lol. I do however have Adobe permiere Pro 2.0 so perhaps if its at all possible I could make a trailer, If you filmed some gameplay for me Alex?!?! and found a way to upload it so i could download it in decent chunks. I know thats asking alot, but I can promise to spend ALOT of time on it getting it really hardcore and inviting. I have done several short films before and uncounted trailers of complete randomness. I have a vast music collection to choose from and even some songs from the 28 Days Later soundtrack - the inspiration for this Mod as I understand. With a trailer, people can see the game in action and understand that its not just 'another survival horror mod' but the sum of alot of hard work. If you need Fraps I can send it to you. Though you probably already have it.... Anyway my e-mail is: maultwilight@hotmail.com

If you want some music for it im your man.
That is unless you want to use existing KF music which is pretty damn good is it not?

Use the song In The House/In A Heartbeat - 28 days later soundtrack it will be perfect for synchronizing action and rest with the song!

I enter with my Windows Movie Maker 2, and hundreds of Linux video editors. And that shitty commercial Windows movie maker, Camtasia.

I hate windows movie maker and will never use it again. Its to hard to time things with it.
Just for reference who's all working on this mod? at this point of time.

Awesome. I won't let you down Alex! I have that very song! haha...I also have the theme for "Requim for a Dream" which is some pretty dramatic music, also some massively heavy metal for some insane fight scenes. LOL at the person with Windows Movie Maker.

Adobe Premiere Pro 2.0 if you read my first post. Its got some awesome tools for timing and to make seamless video, crossfading audio and synchronizing audio clips. It can handle a shitload more audio and video layers than what Windows Media-Player ever could. it has an awesome library of effects and if necessary (which it won't be for this project) you can incorporate professional tinting programs to apply a certain colour gradient to clips, eg you know how everything looked kinda greenish in the Matrix sequels...well that was all thanks to grading. I assume Vegas 5 is your weapon of choice when it comes to movie editing, whats that program like? I haven't heard of it.

Oh Alex, make sure when you upload the clips that you turn the music off but leave the sound effects in. Saves us movie-people from hunting for sound effects for every gun...and allows us to put our own music to the video easily.

So basically, a contest where people all string together the same bunch of clips to see who can string them together the best?
