Im afraid that aint possible as we're in a rented Scout Hut that dont have Internet connection, if it did though I would do it with all games, As there is usually between 8-10 of us there is always 2 KF servers, so there would be some places! Hamachi is a fantastic piece of software, works a treat, wish we could get some sort of Internet connection, would be wicked. Have you ever played KF in a LAN? It truly is an amazing experience, especially when you play with TeamSpeak, Im getting excited just thinking about it, only 1 1/2 weeks away. Hmm, there were two things that popped up in my mind when reading this, sorry for hijacking your thread, Uwa: 1) Why do you use Teamspeak when playing with 8 to 10 people ? I´ve got to admin that my biggest LAN had 7 people in it, but we just sort of resorted to shouting. Hey, it worked. 2) I´ve got some issues with Hamachi. Whenever there are more than two people in the same network, it becomes unstable. Three works sometimes, sometimes it does not and four is just not possible. Someone always gets disconnected during games and that´s sort of frustrating, especially when playing RTS games. Now, this might be because of my average a-dsl connection (since it´s called A-DSL 4000, I just assume that that should be my theoretical max download; realistic upload is somewhere around 20 kb/s), but (!) it´s not like I am the one who gets disconnected during games - well, at least not always. It doesn´t seem to matter who opens up the network, either, since it still happened when someone with a better connection did it... So, yeah... care to help me out there ?

hey
1.) There are 3 channels in TS we use, first channel is the lobby and the other two are team channels. Games that are DM, last man standing etc dont require TS and I agree shouting across intimidating your foe is amazing. But when you're playing Team games (co-op) TS really shines, playing CS or DOD planning your missions, informing your teammates where enemies are etc is fantastic and really adds to the atmosphere. CS and DOD online are shite, LAN they cannot be beaten, great games.
2.) Hamachi, it's been quite sometime since I used it properly TBH, but when I did it didnt do any of what you said. Are you using the most recent version? I think they have started charging now for more than 10 users. I'll have a look at this for you, I'll try to get about 5 ppl on in the next 5 days and see what happens.
LAN parties rule...

Man, you must have awful luck with Hamachi... we play six player games of Neverwinter Nights every other week with it just fine. especially when you play with TeamSpeak "Look man, if you want me to do it too, I will, I'll ask my girlfriend." "Meh, I dunno bout icecubes..I like the warmth." Now THOSE are some memories... lol...

All the expansions... that should be it. Kingmaker, Hordes of the Underdark and Shadows...
Though I don't think you need Kingmaker.

I don't have Kingmaker, but I do have the other two. So give me a ring some time and I'll join up, I have Hamachi and Skype so I'd be good to go.

Yeah, I couldn't make it last night After most of the internet issues I went through last night, it just completely slipped my mind when I finally got it working again.

Not a prob, we'll be doing it the Friday after next... though now it's looking sadly like NWN might not be doable... in which case, we may be doing Diablo 2... lol... one of my friends can run NWN without massive lag for some reason. He's going to try and reformat, but we'll see.
