nah... I was just alittle puzzled why i cant find this discussion to read. So you beaten the game in kf 2.1 patch? Not the waves that are edited. McClaws House of Death server was edited to 8 waves so not really counted. I had seen the server which MainMan hosted. That was the original waves in kf 2.1 Together with their teams of about 5 players. They won the office map. Not with exploits that are mentioned here. But with two teams guarding each sides. So pro kf 2 gamers. Do you have any stories to share after you had beaten the game in normal, skilled, elite or suicidal? For me, i really like the suburb map that sewer. Great long way to fall back all the way near the trader and get raped by fleshpounds. Kyben , u did an excellent job. Tell your stories now...

I don't ever remember making a suburb map with sewers, but thanks anyway! Me and Grim beat Grudge on skilled once. That was extreme, we almost died tons of times. I had the hunting shotgun, and he had the LAW. Thats pretty much the only KF game I've ever beaten.

One time I "won" because I was surrounded and thrown into that area the experiments spawn from in manor(the one what looks like its a hospital room), and they couldn't get at me. Most of the time, though, it ends the same way.

And basically the most times we beat the game on normal to skilled mode. Of cause with a few players on lan and with strong combinations of guns. Shotgun, Hunty, Winchester, Law, Dualies, Nades. Three players with shotty + hunty + nades. 2 players with hunty/shotty and winchester + nades. Last player own the law and dualies. I am one of the player with hunty and winchester and also part of medic. We cant seem to beat elite mode right now... LOL. Got owned. Anyway, hope to read more. It pretty interesting. Edited - i hope to win one with internet players. Though hardly any servers out host the original waves. Never win before since 2.0.

The fact that there is anyone actually winning means the AI sucks.

No. The AI are consider superb for us. It really depend on map. The original maps of kf 2 are really superb made. While custom maps i would say grudge are hell sick.
Yes lot of hunty nades own... Plus alot of factors involved. That are lucky to win.
Like a low pings lan on a powerful dedicated machine and smooth connections. And more players with hunty, nades, armor on...
I used to remember last time in an internet match where one last survivor was actually moving around with all fleshpounds chasing at him in kf swamp. He just kept on moving around shooting and finding supplies where the dead told him.
We actually wait for so long for him to end the wave. I was one of the dead spectating back then.
And then he was so honour to said : it was an waste of time, should i just give up. We told him not to die, keep it up... All sorts of encouraging and help.
