Hello,
As alex knows I dont play online because of my rubbish connection, but its still fun to play by ones self. What I would like to know is which file in the KF folder to edit for Headshots to kill right off. Looking around I found this file KFWeaponDamageType.uc
Which had weapon damage for headshot multiplier. But I am not sure if that is the way to go, there is ALOT of code in KF and I am not sure were to go for this as the Siren dies when you blow here head off. Being by myself I would like to add this feature.
Plus to be honest I find it unrealistic that a zombie without a head still coming after you, thats more like magic or DOOM3 from Hell than an infection.
Alex or team if you can help that would be great it would be just for my private game, though I think death headshots should be in the full version.

I dont play 3rd person games. But if that is so its beyond unrealistic. If this was about a door to Hell and Demons coming out I can see no heads, but being an infection there should be some ground rules on taking them out instead of just pumping tons of rounds in them. But I am mainly interested in changing this for myself, as I dont play MP because of my connection, and wouldnt want the game changed because of me since I dont play MP, But I still have an opinion on it, and feel its a little over the top. One thing I liked about LOTD was the Headshots and with KF's Speed on Infected it would be harder to always get those shots so I think its a good idea to have NO HEAD = Instant kill.
Anyway if someone can help that would be great I play alone, and fine that by myself I could use headshot kills.

My inderstanding what Alex told me is that they are infected like 28days later, Also if that is the case they are Clones where are the Humans? And even if clones they cannot function without heads, lets keep it serious, anyway I am not asking for him to change it, just give me a heads up where to look to edit the file to allow me headshot kills. I have helped many people out on my forums for editing small files in the mod I mod for RTW.

Uhm... ZB you forgot to say something I recon that maybe they have a second lower brain, like some dinosaurs did for coordinating their back legs. maybe.

Meh, i was thinking about somthing like this, but when you think about it, wern't these clones made for the military or somthing?
I mean a headshot kill against them would be alot less scary then having to fight the same enemy whom you thought was dead, abielt headless, especially in crowds.
Just wondering, i saw some screenshots of armless specimens and i wanted to know, can you actually blast the arms off without killing a specimen? since it never seems to happen in any of my games.
