Well you can still use inspiration. But we need some more different looking soldiers, like maybe based off soldiers from different Countries. Maybe like U.S. Soldiers, British Soldiers, ect.

Theme breaking additions are nearly as bad as breaking gameplay. It just becomes an abortion of random themes.
I'd like to see more development done concentrating on the established identity than dilluting it.

I don't see much of a point in a scientist type soldier. Scientists are meant to be brought back the specimens to study, not go out into the field, and have to kill 500 of them just to look at one for five minutes before another wave comes after them  |

Zynth, would it be quite possible for you to draw up some more characters like you did with Yua? It's great and I think it'd be quite helpful for refrences, being as I'd imagine modeling someone's face without refrence is kinda hard.

I think it needs to stay soldiers... at the most extreme, a pilot skin might be interesting, as the chopper pilot would probably help the team out on levels like Manor where his craft got owned, but even then... it wouldn't be much different then the rest of the soldiers. Medic I agree with... I agreed with it back when I posted it before 2.0... No satchels though... they don't make sense... a fast response military (or paramilitary) unit wouldn't have crap dangling off of them... it would be strapped to their bodies or in a pouch on their belt or thigh. Variations on existing skins are good though.. maybe a Vasquez-type with a bandanna or something. Could also have a character whose outfit is roughed up a bit, make for awesome screen shots. |
