It just looks like they're driven like, RIGHT into the ground completely.

You mean the Static meshes with the little inner and outter edges? (apartment building looking one?)
I'm adding some entrences as well as some new things. The fog is now more whiter then the grey look

And the majority of the stuff in the map is too big.

Well actually I made some buildings big because Buildings in a city (Living in New York) are really huge and make you feel tiny, making these buildings big helps me achieve this goal. I'm adding entrances by the way

New York, New York? Or New York city?
And I mean just, everything, it's TOO big, it takes forever to run from place to place, like the garage in the 'hospital', it's gargantuam(sp?).

If you want to make it like things are huge, add some other stuff with it.
Such as the garage; add alot of cars and stuff in it so it dosen't seem so empty and dull..

Something like New York City
I did add some trolleys, shelves, garbage containers. Still looking for anything that I can say "oh that looks right"

No need I downloaded Maya and looking at tutorials. Tutorials suck. Mostly because I can't follow them without forgetting everything, but that's just me.

Besides the comments everyone made earlier, I have to add that a few of the pathnodes (sp?) are strange. Holding back near the hospital I've noticed more than a couple of specimens halting and pondering over the nature of their existence before proceeding to disassemble me, as if they are trying to figure out where to go with their lives.
