Whats up everyone?, I just got killing floor 3 days ago, my favorite thing to do now . So i decided to make a map for it. Criticize all you want I made the map in 2 days ;D so go ahead and make fun of it all you want. Oh ya if you could tell me anything wrong with it that would be cool, any bugs, glitch, or sumthin. I'm plannin on more maps so this is just a sample. Based after my friends house(well the layout of it, not all the crap walls), this is a very close quarters map and you will always be on the move, beware of locking yourself in a room it could be the last wave you fight. The shop is on the bottom floor, their is a hole in the floor on the second story to fall through if the action gets to heavy, oh ya weld those doors............... --> <-- ***-MAP-UPdated-*** 1. Put more staticmeshes in 2. Destory a certain bookcase and find a certain weapon head to this link, paste it in url and give it ago, i hope you like it. savefile.com/files/60929 |+WARNING+| after you download the map get rid of front dash i don't know why it puts it there but just get rid of it, or the map won't show up in the map choices when you play. Good Luck EDIT::: omg forgot screens *Hit's self on head ;D. SOrry bout that here are some sscreens'' +__NEW SCREEN SHOTS__+ --New Pics-- --Old Pics -- Sorry for bad quality......

Oh really?
How about some pics, you will probably have a higher chance of people downloading your map when they have seen some pics.
Ya really.

Hmm, from the looks of the screenshot, it seems really promising. However, from inside that house/mansion/warehouse you are in, there seems to be a lack of use in space. The room looks kinda empty and dull. Fill it up with more stuff!

well this was my first map so i didn't know how much space to give the zombies or if they might run into stuff, so i went on the safe side, can you test it out and give me your opinion... I'll put more stuff in and see what happens.

Ah, playing this map reminds me of Earthbound.
Well anyways, since the main focus of the area and map is on the big house, I would really, really, really, really, really, really add more stuff in that house. Running through a bunch of rooms miniscuely filled with only a few furniture quite ruins the mood of the game.
So basically, my rant is just add more stuff to the house. Good map.

You kill your friend and jump out the window.
Earthbound is an RPG for the SNES. Awesome game, I suggest you try it.

Looks cool, will try this out later. I actually had the idea myself on making a house of some sort. The houses in the UK differ quite a lot from US ones, I think the best idea would to have a street with maybe 2 houses you can get into, have the merchant in the middle, could also have small garders to go into.
I would like to try and make a map myself, but I dont think I'd be any good. Im a network engineer, programming/coding etc dont mix with me that well! haha.

right click in the gray area of the top, side, or front view. Click properties and go to LevelSummary. The discription and Screenshot info goes in there. To get a screenshot in there, you need to take a pic in your map and make it 512X256. Then import that pic as a texture. The texture properties should be: Package: myLevel Group: (blank) Name: Screenshot Then just plug in the texture in the LevelSummary. Piece of cake.
