So far so good, i could not actually play the map due to an error, but i took a look at your map in UEd and it is quite interesting.

Alright, it´s the following: The map does not show up in the Killing Floor map list. And when I try to start it directly I get the following error (not sure whether it is Kalkus´ one):
And that´s simply because I double clicked it and the comp then started the normal UT. I don´t know the parameters to start a map using only the .exe.
When I open it with UnrealED it gives out a warning: The file "AmbCity" is missing.
The two plants near the bus look like they should rather be inside of a bureau complex than out on the streets.
Apart from that I really like the way you´re going with this. It has this Seven Days Later sort of feeling about it. And maybe it´s just me, but ... is there some way to implement a fog here? This is actually something I wanted to see on KF-ThamesBridge, too. And make some of the buildings ... um ... accessable (faust? "begehbar"?) for players.

Thx for the thing about those plants, I guess I'll stick them inside (I found myself bumping into their collision when I was play testing)
I want to put a fog in maybe something like in Silent Hill 2 and 3.
As for the bug Maybe it's because I didn't patch my KF yet. I kept it un patched so I could test the single-Player missions but I'll patch it and see what happens.

Well actually Only like two or three building will be (partially) accessable. I don't want to lag any clients while playing. I'll be using this for a single-player mission when I settle down to them and most building will be open to you.
As for the single-Player missions, I decided to completely redo them because everything was mostly built when 1.0 was still in use and then when we switched things didn't go quite right.

How'd you mean fog on thamesbridge? It has distance fog... particle fog is very hard to do without some badass lag (see the steam in the boiler room in wasteyard. that only just about keeps it at a playable fps).

I was afraid you´d say something like that. Perfect would be this kind of fog you get to see in denmark when you wake up early ... ;D But here I was actually talking about something like 50 meters sightrange tops. Is that even possible ? I don´t think I´ve seen something like that in a UT04 map before and I´ve just begun to develop mapping skills ... dunno what the UnrealED is capable of. I apologize in advance for my newbieness and you may slap me around with a zombiespine when fog like this isn´t even possible ;D (And no, I didn´t mean particle fog... that´d really be a killer)

Yeah, that's easy, just set the distancefogstart to something low. But I chose not to, since I want players to be see a lot of the bridge and get the long range kills.

But it would be the ultimate, shock-wise. Seeing a fleshpound break through the fog 50 meters in front of you ... muahah ;D But it was just a suggestion and it´s your map And this thread was originally about Doomest´s map.
