That's what we need... harder... lol... then again, I was always whining that it was too easy... do your worst. If it takes us months to beat normal, then by god that'll make it that much more amazing to do.

I died early and got to see the horde dancing around one another for thirty seconds before they rained down metallic death. Still, it was a pretty fun game all around.

I hope I'll be playing when XPC are the first to beat it on normal. I don't think any random group will do it=]
I don't know if it's even theoretically possible to beat it with all those fleshpounds (ammowise)

it is, but you need a other tactics for the last round. Normally, groups have the habit to barricade themselves to the max, in the last round, there's not enough ammo for all those fleshpounds, so you HAVE to move around to the weapon-spawns.

Faust is right. And I know we made it to at least wave 14 on BL the time I took those screen shots.
I know we can do it... Swamp actually will be the place to do it too, we just have to get outside in the last three or so rounds... my previous idea still might work I think. We just need to be inside for the Stalkers and Crawlers... Can't be in the open with those things.

Seriously, though. I've never seen anyone in a net game get past wave 3 without using the exploit. Me and my bro got to wave 5 (and I completed it with the bots pre-patch)... anyone else?

I managed to complete London (I think it was London!) pre-patch with about 4 of us, but farthest I think I have got so far is wave 6! This was the other night as well, I swear the server admin had changed the 'ini' though as there were about 250 zeds per wave.
We decided to barricade in the police station (full players), 4 front, 2 back. Welded back, and let the front guys kill, then when back broke we managed to hold em back. This tactic proved to be very good, until wave 5 and 6, we got our asses handed to us!
One day it will happen, hopefully at the next LAN party I hold. Unless you're in a clan or using some form of VOIP, the lack of real time voice chat tends to limit the players, communication is key to success.
