Ok, zB before you start complaining here: It's for my personal use - If someone wants that file later / change it himself, than it's for his/her personal use aswell ~ Everyone do how they like! Just see this thread that way: "Finding out the real names of the weapons!"
Well, I tried to find some better weaponnames (matching) for all the weapons, dunno if the new names are ok, I tried to find the most matching weapons in reallife for the vitual ones (Probably you guys will find better matchings, dunno - Just give it a try).
"Pipe" Old Name: Bat New Name: Pipe
"Bullpup" Old Name: Bullpup New Name: Steyr Aug A3 - OnPickup: You got a modified Steyr Aug A3 - Ammunition: 5.56 NATO rounds
"Handcannon" Old Name: Handcannon New Name: Desert Eagle - Onpickup: You got the .50 AE Desert Eagle - Ammunition: .50 action express 12.7
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Here I am not sure about it:
"9mm Handgun" Old Name: 9mm Old Name: Dual 9mms New Name: SIG P75 New Name: SIG P75 Duals - Onpickup: You got the SIG P75 - Onpickup: You found another SIG P75 - Ammunition: .45 ACP
So what you think? Could there be more matching versions?

Okay I don't really know what you're trying to accomplish here, but the weapon names are completely off. You don't have to 'find out' what they are, just ask me, Bullpup - L85A2C Shotgun: Benelli M4 Combat Assault shotgun Deagle: Desert Eagle 50.AE 9mm: Berretta M92FS LAW: No real life counterpart HS: Not sure Winchester: Modeled after 1885 model Winchester. Xbow: Not sure I know I'm missing some weapons... but there's most of them.

Yeah... Beretta's pretty obvious... and it says 9mm...
Might change the name from the Ammo box for the Hunting Shotgun from slugs to shells... obviously not slugs...
LAW is fine as it is... same with Xbow. Axe could be Fire Axe if you're getting insane. And I know I've seen that type of shotgun for the hunting one somewhere...

*Argh* saw something about L85 in the .int But from the looking and rounds I thought the Steyr will match most in it's A3 version (completly different look from the other Steyrs Augs). Well, thanks, now I just need to find the right LAW name, HS name and the XBow name Thanks a lot Btw. isn't it "Benelli M4 Super 90" ? Combat Assault Shotgun is just a description for it.

The Crossbow won't have a name, really... not militarily anyway... and the LAW should just be the LAW, keeps it simple. I'd like to know the HS's name though.

I just tend to leave out the Super 90. *oops* I just got the right name of the benelli: Benelli XM1014 (M4S90); M4S90 Stands for M4 Super 90. I think I'll leave it like 12-gauge-shells ... can't find any matching shells. Btw. What about the nades and the knife?

Knife looks like a typical Ka-bar or similar design.

hmmm... Not really worth to search for the right entries in the *.u for that names, in fact that I think there'll be not many downloaders for that. So I just edited the *.int.
It wont affect on the Gameplay - It'll be as it was, just the weapons have real names now, what makes the game one step closer to real. For the guys who don't know about that edit I did there: It'll JUST edit the names - You all will still being able to join on any server, etc. and install Patches.
But make a Backup of your old KFMod.int anyways before installing. I'll post here the link later
