Advertise option?

My friends and I are setting up for a small LAN part and we have a problem. I can join my brother's game just fine, but no one else here can. It keeps saying that their cdkey is invalid. Under normal UT2K4 there are no problems and all of our cdkeys work just fine. We have had this problem with other mods before, and since we are hosting with LAN dynamics anyway we usually just deselect 'Advertise to Internet'. That solves the cdkey error problem, plus, since we select the 'LAN' option, people from the internet do not mistakenly join our game and cause lag.
Our problem is this: we cannot find the option to disable the advertise to internet, so we cannot play a LAN game. (as I am writing this my brother is playing online and his screams of 'oh god, they are coming!' are making me want to get this LAN going in a hurry)
If someone can tell me where I can disable the advertise option I would be very grateful, thanks.

Oh, and I did do a search for 'advertise' on the forums but did not find anything. If this has already been answered I apologize, but please post a link.
