I doesn't. I'm assuming that, considering it has a health bar, I has limited ammo that can be resupplied by buying some at the shop. I don't know though.

You know, it would have been neat to include a progression of weapons, like a scoped rifle after the Winchester as an (expensive) upgrade, a more powerful assault rifle with a red dot sight and 3 round burst as an update to the bullpup, landmines for the 'nades, etc.
And maybe it's just me being frustrated as a writer because it seems really cheesy for the army to supply the military with Winchesters instead of PSG-1s...
Hell, the Pistol and the Shotgun somewhat have upgrades. You could be really rediculous and add three levels to each,
Knife - Bat - Axe Pistol - Handcannon - Machine Pistol (or Magnum, but an Eagle...) Winchester - Crossbow - PSG-1 Shotgun - Hunting Shotgun - Pancor Jackhammer Bullpup - Battle Rifle - ...um... something... ? Grenade - Concussion Grenade - Land mine Mounted .50 cal.
None would be useless, but progression would help with later waves.

Actually, the British Army uses the L96A1 as their sniper rifle.

I'd think a bullet would be more effective than a razerblade on the tip of a dart.

An MP5 could replace the generic 'battle rifle' (Halotastic). A B.A.R. could serve as the automatic's final upgrade, in keeping with the old school weapons thing going on in KF. You could have a minigun as a ridiculous upgrade to the .50Cal...

No BAR I hope... I think SMG, Bullpup, Battle Rifle would work fine...
And Abyx, depends on the bullet and arrow... my neighbors would always go hunting, the dad with a rifle and the son with a bow... the bow would usually pierce throught he bear entirely... the bullet only so far in. Of course, that could probably change depending on different circumstances (density of bear, bones, etc.). Arrows, especially crossbow arrows, aren't something to laugh at. I'd still take a Winchester over one though.

Well true, but I don't know, it's a hard choice over a winchester or a crossbow, a crossbow seems like it'd be much harder to handle though.
BAR? Ew.
Period.

I agree... the BAR is so... clunky... like carrying around a Cello in a warzone...

Whats the difference between dirving around with a tank flatten the undead, shooting with cannon and mounted MG and plastering swamp with unlimited, no friendly fire-mines and sitting in house behind MG-turrents... yeah: the house has no CANNON and cant drive. sorry for the flames

dam! now i feel guilty for just flaming around here are some constructive aspects: what about making the mg veeery heavy. pro: insane firepower, big magazine. perfect to hold a corridor. contra: you cant have any other equipment beside your knife and the 9mm setuptime 3-5 sec. price 600 i can imagen it replaces the law. and for the landmines: they should have friendly fire. they simply kill every thing. max load 2 per person. 5 sec setuptime. not placeable in a good distance to spawnpoints. no money for kills made by the mines. price 200 for one these could replace the winchester.
