Guys i have a problem joing server i try to join it gives my the menu screen and if i click it gives me a black screen.

*Sigh* True, the same happens to me when I'm A Joining a listen server B Joining a firewalled server C Joining a full server The [XPC]servers work most of the time, Don't bother joining the Shit! zombies server as it runs 1.0 |

you dont under stand it dont show the loading screen of the map they are on.

Alright, not to be mean.....But seriously, PRETTY PLEASE....LOOK around, there are millions of these posts, and secondly...This isn't really much of a problem fixing thread, that would probably be the Bug thread....Which you may find in the index...... Thirdly, it's not you, it's the server. There are a few reasons you may not be able to join a server, one, would be that the server is full, even if the slots say 6/10 people, it's full. Six is the HIGHEST, you can go. Because that is the highest numbers the mod allows. If it isn't full, it may be that theres a bad connection, if there is no ping on the server when you go to join it, chances are, it ain't gonna work too well, the cause of this, could be fire walls, really crappy connections, or the server shut down and the list hasn't refreshed yet......So basically, just try another server if it does it again. IF you can't find any, try hosting your own, or waiting five to ten minutes and try again.... ALSO! An important note; that when connecting to the server, it doesn't always show the "connection" if you find a joinable server, and hit join. You will be sent straight to the menu, and it will take a few moments, the slower the connection you have, the longer you'll be at the menu, my suggestion, give it two-three minutes on a moderate connection, don't hit "esc" right away to find another server, let it connect, if it does, it should take you to the loading screen of the map.... There...........Nice way to start off my day  |

It is easy t see if it does attemp to connect, If it actually tries you will see the menu "freeze" for a moment. If the menu does not "freeze" it means you won't be able to join the server, only one out of twelve servers actually Let me connect... the rest gave me no chance..

Unless....Your computer is slow and it freezes anyways, in that case, then it could be either.....Anyways......Just give it a few minutes, only certian servers work....The best server that has always worked is Abyx's, which is [XPC]Outpost.

Antigod's server has low ping if you are in europe. But it died on me though.... don't know why.
