Alex, if any of this is false, feel free to edit/delete as you please.
Alright, since a lot of people since the release of 2.0 have joined our fine lil' community here, I thought it would be important to point out some common known bugs/issues with the game people may have.
White out bug: On Macintosh OSX, there seems to be a problem with OpenGL and the motion blur effect, making it so that if you get hit, the screen whites out. Since the release of OS 10.4.2, the bug was said to be fixed, however, some people still have a problem. Unless you are on a Mac with patch 3369.2 and have a relatively decent video card (not known which ones work, not enough mac users to test this out), there is no guarantee the blur will work.
Last I talked to Alex, he had stated that he was working on a workaround that would disable it on mac, but realize that we mac users are a small community in the gaming world, and if it takes a whole rewrite of the code, we shouldn't expect any miracles. Just hang tight and try to avoid getting hit. If you aren't sure if your comp can run the motion blur, try entering the credits cinematic, if all is white, then it doesn't work, as the cinematic more or less is entirely motion blurred.
Map bugs: We know there are some issues with the maps, i.e. falling out the window in offices, the non-breakable window in bioticslab, etc. While you should keep posting them, as we're sure there are ones no body has found yet, make sure you do a forum search prior to posting to see if it hasn't been made note of.
No KF scoreboard: The scoreboard doesn't work, it's not just you, it's mostly a tricky coding problem. Will get fixed eventually.
Missing skins: The UPL's for certain skins that were removed at some point in development still exist, like the Louis skin and the Gmask jim urban/forest skins. These will either be added at a later date or removed. The whole Powers messed up beret thing was kinda unexpected, will be fixed later..
Dedicated server woes: Due to the workaround to hardcode servers to a max of 6 people, there are some issues if you try to join a full server. My advice is to simply avoid joining full servers. The bug also exists if you try to join a 1.0 server, or if the routers of other ded servers aren't set up properly. Not much we can do about that, it's up to the server admins to fix things.
If you are a server administrator, make sure ports 7777, 7778, 7787, 7788, 27900 and 42292 are open in your router if your router is NAT enabled (all are UDP except for 42292). If it still doesn't work, mess around with your router settings. Just avoid putting your comp in the DMZ, unless you don't mind people having that much access to it. Also, if NAT is enabled on your router, set bServerBehindNAT=True in your server's ini. I can't remember what section it's in, just search for the letters 'NAT' in whatever word processor you're using.
Really slow game menu: Yeah, the game menu is really high detail and all that, but it goes away once you join a game. If you really have a problem with it, make sure your game settings are how you want them, and then simply rename the map something else. When the game starts, you'll get a black screen, and if you press escape, and click on server browser, you can get to internet games just fine. Kinda clunky, but it works. Maybe somewhere down the road Alex will release a low def version of it.
Time between rounds is too little: Well, first off this scales with difficulty, so if you can't get to it in suicidal setting, try it in normal or skilled. Second, this will probably get looked at later, so it'll probably be more lenient in later patches. My own personal suggestion is just make it so that people who are buying don't get warped out until they are done.
People trapping other people in rooms via welder: If you right click with the welder, you de-weld the door, and you can de-weld faster than someone can weld. This hasn't really come up as an issue, but I know eventually someone will ask about it.
Bot spawning: You have to log in as admin to add a bot to a server. The overall bot adding process is kinda wonky right now, expect to see it get looked at in future patches.
Can't use physics: This is a server side option, if the admin of a server doesn't want physics enabled for whatever reasons, they can disable them. To admins: It really doesn't effect any lag that much if your comp is decent enough. If you can't use physics on your own servers, try setting physics detail to high in your settings.
Post any more suggestions to this list. It's better to consolidate bug issues than clutter the forum with them, and kill any threads with suggestions on how to make the game more fun and exciting.
