trying to install this mod!

ok i dloade it and it is in my ut2004 folder but i cant figure out how to open the file it said to run when i click on the file i just see a box pop up for a second and goes away maybee i need a certian program to open that file? runkf.bat that file i cant get to run any suggestions

Suggestions:

1) punctuate.

2) Improve the poll so I can understand what the options mean.

3) To activate a mod, go to 'community' in ut2004, and then click the 'user mods' tab. Select killing floor. click activate.

Doesnt seem to be the only problem, that's an entirely different matter though.
Verify the mod/game was installed correctly
