I've done this twice now. The first time, I took minimal damage. The second time, I never even got hit.
1) As soon as the round starts, run forward and go down the stairs. Head into the medical-looking room with the animal cages. There's some Kevlar in the room, so pick it up.
2) In the corner of the room are some filing cabinents. If you get behind them, you can push them over. Do so.
3) Jump on one of the knocked over filing cabinents, and then hop on top of the cages. From here, you can pick off the zombies with very little chance of them being able to reach you. Just stay back from the edge and use your Bullpup.
4) You should always switch the Bullpup to Semi-Auto. Fully automatic is a waste of ammo.
5) When you get down to the last undead in a swam, do NOT kill them. Instead, take advantage of the situation to make a run for more ammo and health, as you need it. When you're fully stocked, get back on top of the cages, finish off the last zombie, and prepare for the next swarm.
And that's about it, really.
Just take your time with your shots and keep an eye out in case any of the undead manage to make it up on top of the cages; It doesn't happen often, but they manage to pull it off every now and then.
