Have been working on some meshes and need some feedback. So look at the pic. Are those Killing-Floorish enuff? Too crude? (made em with 2dshape and stuff since i lack the means and will to put up with some 3d app) ;D  Those are only a few but the ones i put the most work into. Making the skybox/panorama/structures only took me a split of the time i put into those buggers.  KF needs more meshes and textures  |

Nice, these are looking quite good. Hmm... maybe you could make the sinks/tables even more dirtyer and rusty. It seems that the original KF-textures use lots of black or very dark colors to make the dirty-feeling, maybe you could use the same technique?
The Esso sign seems bit too "clean", maybe you should try to add some rust and dirt on it too? See the original Pepsi-vending machine, the dirt kinda ''hides'' the original mark (maybe to prevent copyright issues?).
Well, just my two cents. But those really are looking nice already!

Well im hard-pressed to find any suitable textures, cant do some myself. UT2004 hasnt got that much "Dirty rusty kitchen furniture" material and the KF stuff is also soon exhausted  . Later when i do the lighting right it'll be some murky darkish color so probably then itll look dirtier since its a very bright texture and reacts quite strongly to contrast. Eh, ill come up with something. Thanks for your two cents  |

I blame the internet. Dug around in Google image search all i wanted, the only good price panel picture was an Esso one. Im planning to put some salt into this sweet free advertising tho somehow. Protest-Zombies holding up E$$o-Shields! jk |

 Me happy. Found a texture which doesnt make the kitchen stuff look shitty. Its really a difference i think. I played around with dozens of UT2004 textures and they all looked suboptimal at best. There really need to be more KF style textures in 1.01. Ach, if i just could make some myself Upper part is work in progress |

A tip though is not to try and make it as big a map as possible, but focusing on more important matters instead.
