Ya, i updated to 3355, installed that update pack, the nthe game, its telling me i have a mismatch xgameshaders problem... lil help?

UT2k4 runs, i was palying the demo, after installing the ece pack or w/e though i cant open up normal UT04 because it says resolution dosent fit monitor frequancy, but the KF shortcut works, game is fine in single player, just cant connect ot multis cuz i get this error

Ok.
Some things to look into:
Did you install the 3339 patch before the ECE pack, then the 3355 patch? (thats the order it should be)
If you delete your UT2004.ini file, does the video work now (sounds like non-default video settings caused its crash).
Does UT2004 have the same problem?
It always could be some random problem with the actual file, but it's best to try this first to make sure. Also, does it happen on every server? I've seen an ECE 1.1 pack, but I know only 1.0 is on my server, if the pack modifies that file, it could be different versions on different servers.
