Launch problem

Hello,
I do not arrive at launching the game. It misses the "C:\Program Files\UT2004\KFmod\System\UT2004.exe -mod=KFmod" executable. I looked in the KFmod\System\ folder, it is not there. I tried to reinstall and it is similar. Could somebody help me?
I tested by activating the mode via ut2004 community, but that does not go either.
