If a ZombieVolume has been seen by a player ... Does it automaticaly become inactive or disabled?
Or does it only become inactive for one wave only?

I do believe it becomes inactive until the player moves away from it and can no longer see it. Thats my guess

It becomes active as soon as the player looks in another direction, afaik. To disable the spawn for a whole wave you would have to make someone stare at a zombie spawn for the whole wave duration. ;D

ok i did a bit of research on this and here is the anwser.
If during a wave you come into viewing contact with the volume, it disables it for the whole duration and you MUST restart the level.
however, if you pwn the specimens first and the 2nd wave is about to begin, if you look at the volume before the round starts it works fine (providing your not in viewing contact)
This is a shame, because i was hoping it would disable the spawn point so another one could work.

or, in the spawn points, you can have it so that a door opens to a teleporter for one round (to get to another spawn point) and that a door closes the exit to the normal way out, so the zombies are forced to go to a certain spawn point? and the doors open depending on the rounds? just a suggestion, i dont know if it will work : P
