I think you should switch to the server im using, its at:
www.funpic.org
Funpic is free to use, the only problem is that they will not allow anything above 1mb to be uploaded to there website, but you can easily host you vids and downloads somewere else.
Its completely free, and it comes with free database like mysql and php.
You wont have to worry about bandwith.
