Server Connection Issue

I just downloaded the mod for the first time in a year or so. I love the job that you did with it.

Big problem though...

When I try to join any server, the screen goes back to the main menu screen without any text, and it will just sit there. I can sometimes press the spacebar and then it will turn my screen black. If I press "Esc", then it will bring up a menu that acts as if I'm in a server. Asking me to take me to the server selection, disconnect, etc. screens. I love playing the game by myself in my own created server, but I am getting some of my friends to download it, and I want to make sure that I can join a server correctly. Thanks.

This is quite possibly the biggest and most annoying thing anyone can post about.

There is nothing you can really do about it, it's just badly configured servers and there's no message present in KF to notify you of it.

Try joining a server that has a ping, and it should work. Although, sometimes for some people, it wont work period.

That, and make sure you downloaded the patch, and installed the game the right way.
