custom ini

Where do custom Ini Files for UCC for KF go? I have a copy sitting in UT2k4/system and KF's System.

I'm trying to make a custom wave and i made the other ini very different so i can tell it apart. I want to alternate between the default and my custom wave every other day.

oh and here is the batch

every command is 1 line. the uh forum cuts off and starts on next line for the third line

uhm it still doesn't work. So where is the ini supposed to be? I have it in a bunch of places
