Best Resident Evil Game

Yes, the last two aren't out yet. But Umbrella Chronicles has enough trailers to give you an idea of the gameplay. As for 5, don't vote for it if you aren't looking forward to it.

Maybe this thread has been done before, prehaps it's already been argued about in the Spam thread. I just watched all the Umbrella Chronicles trailers and I got it on pre-order. I can't wait to try it out.

Yes, these games ARE missing out the handheld games, because I personally think they are nothing like the console ones, I also missed out the Arcade ones. Because I hate arcade machines D:

I like most of the all resident evil games, but it i would vote for Res Evil 0, and Res Evil 1 (the 2003 versions) as the graphics are alot better than the first ones that came out!

well, my favorite RE is Outbreak file#2
Onlinesurvival is fun (but servers are closed since may), the (most) Characters are sympathic (I don't like George and Jim, Alyssha is only as Type B nice and Marc is ok, but...)

I've got RE3 and RE4 too (RE3 for PS1 and RE4 for PS2), but RE3 is a)too ugly b)too easy and c)without knowing what happened in RE1 too difficult to understand
And RE4 is... Well... Outbreak File#2 is just minimal better than RE4

(I'm planing to buy RE1Remake, RE0 and UC, but not enough money atm.)

I understand that you want to vote for more than one, but it seems that is not possible with this flimsy forum. I demand this ability added in! Surely the forum level is high enough to spend its attributes on something other than n00b question aggro.

Ada isin't as hot in UC than she was in RE4. At least the headbands don't add to her sexyness.

RE4 was cool and is one of my favorite games, but ....

RE:Outbreak and #2 are the best ones.
SRY Bindal but Marc and Alyssa were my favorites.

Resident Evil 4 was quite good i enjoyed it!
Did you know the presidents daughter (Ashley) ... her voice is the same person who does the Voice for Sandy in SpongeBob SquarePants!


But back to topic ... i still think Resident Evil 2 was the scariest for me!

I've played most of em and thoroughly enjoyed the lot, im currently playing through 4 and so far this is by far the best one. It was about time they upgraded the gameplay (was getting a bit stale), and it really does give you the survival horror feeling, especially when those sodding chainsaw men/women come running at you screaming!

i still find being chased my nemesis scary [without infinite rocket launcher]
re 4 can be really intense , the weapon system is better , nice new story
veronica is hard and i haven't played it a lot
i found re2 a bit boring [mr.x almost made me fall asleep]
re remake is a horror puzzle game

I've only played RE1 and RE2 so i'm quite out of the loop. RE was the first game I ever played on the PSX and I loved it. It was made all the scarier because I had no memory card for ages.

It's creepy fighting the big snake for the seal it's terrifying when you know if you die its six hours of work down the toilet!!!

No actually, RE: Zero is on the gamecube, but that's a prequel. Completely made from the ground up for the Gamecube only. REmake (the unnofficial name) is actually the very first Resident Evil game, made from the ground up (pretty much) for Gamecube only, it features completely enhanced visuals, puzzles are re-arranged for a fresh challenge, but the story, and most of hte puzzles are pretty much the same. It just looks amazing and I haven't played it much, I'm still only like 5% into it.

I've seen my uncle playing it, looked really good. I may consider buying it and borrowing my uncles controller, The Wii can play Gamecube games, right? At least it has Gamecube controller slots ._.
