I have a Pro boards website just like this one but I can't change anything like the background and if you put cursor over folder it high lights it and stuff like that but if you can help like doing this stuff then thanks.

I think you'll find Proboards is a forum, not a website.
If it was a website, I'd recommend using your own l33t skillz to code thyself a website to challenge google, but since you probably cant, and its a forum, I'd recommend....THEIR forums <_<
