Jurassic Park.

Yeah, man.
Jurassic Park.
After the last mod I tested, I lost all faith in UT2k4 mods (mostly)..
But Jurassic Park.
Well, Jurassic Rage.
I know you're not supposed to judge on size or whatnot, but I noticed that the file size is only 25 mb or so.
Compared to KF's 200+, seems a bit odd..
Here goes nothing.
EDIT: Changed title, I think I'm gonna just start playing mods randomly found in ModDB that I've never heard of before/played.
And yes, I've played Red Orchestra and Alien Swarm.
That's about it.

well ive played it, its honestly boring. It puts dinosaurs on your map, and you kill them. Its another Invasion/

Yeah, no kidding..
It's really bland.
I mean, the concept is pretty decent and the models that are there are pretty nice- but there's maybe five models in total... It even uses stock UT2k4 maps.
It literally is, invasion with 3 guns (useless mostly by the way) against tiny little dinosaurs who rape you up the ass when they get close.
Oh, and they move fast.
Cheating fast.
Spectator mode/noclip fast.
Yeah, I dunno.. Onto the next mod!
When I say testing I mean playing mods I've never played/heard of before.

Well, tried another one but didn't post about it.
This time, I gotta admit- it was pretty good, actually..
It's just that no one was playing it online, so it's pretty much dead..
EDIT: The game's name is Muralis.
Pretty much, it's a 3d fighter.
Seriously, it's like those beat-em ups you played in the arcades, except in 3d. You have a free-form type melee system, where left click is punch and right click is kick. You can form combos, by starting out with your normal attacks, then moving in a direction and clicking to do another type of attack(haymaker, whatever else kind of punch, or a sweep or something).. There's dashing, jumping kind of ridiculously (didn't understand why, but it sure looked cool!)
The characters, are all the same though, except for two things:
You have a ranged-weapon as your backup weapon, which deals pretty minimal damage compared to running up to the person and slamming them in the face.
You also have a melee weapon, something that changes up your attacks a little, and deals more damage than your fists, obviously.
Both consume an 'energy bar', which is used otherwise for dashing and other quick-movement things.
To make sure that you don't jab a thousand times over/continue sitting there blocking, there's a stamina bar included, that drains from the different attacks that you do with your fists, and when blocking.
Overall, I'd say it's a pretty damn good mod, but no one plays it.
That, and I think you could win just by running around shooting the enemy instead of fighting with melee, due to how fast you can run in the game.
