I downloaded this comic off bittorrent. Basically, It's an alternate universe where Gotham city and New York are pretty close. It's 1945 and Captain America just finishes taking out one of the Nazi's weapons. Batman Meanwhile stops the Joker in one of his little schemes but Joker escapes. Later we see Joker talking to some mysterious man through a microphone. Joker acts snotty but is told to capture a certain weapon. Then we see the man surrounded by his men. They're obviously German. The man puts on his mask while one of his men questions the man if he should trust Joker. Once the man finishes putting the mask on he throws a gas into the German's face and the german fall on the floor screaming. We then find out the man is no other than THE RED SKULL! Anyway Joker steals a nuke and then meets the red skull outside a American outpost. Joker doesn't realize that Red Skull is a Nazi. Red Skull then tells Joker that "Adolf Hitler in Germany will award you with Highest Honors" Joker than realizes Red Skull is a real Nazi. Red Skull then says something finishing it off with "I think you would make a superb Nazi."
Then Joker says one of THE MOST FUNNIEST THINGS EVER....
"Has that mask cut off oxygen to your brain? I may be a criminal lunatic! But I'm a AMERICAN CRIMINAL LUNATIC!"
