If I wasn't saving up for a PS3 I might...
But Dead Rising is awesome, I've been following it for a long time... guess you have over 250 different weapons to use against zombies (including a plastic lightsaber). The story goes you were dropped into this city in Colorado that was quarantined and left there for 3 days. You can do whatever you want, including just stand there and wait for the chopper to return. You get experience and points for taking photos.
You can also dress up like Rockman, including the Mega Buster... not sure if it works though...
There are a finite number of zombies, and all of them can be on screen at once... up to like 900 I think.
