(BARE IN MIND, ALEX WROTE THIS AND ACTUALLY MYSELF)
Well guys, the site has been given a total kick in the ass (that's a much needed overhaul) care of our new resident webmaster, Pixelscope.
For those of you who are still playing and enjoying KF, but wondering when a patch is coming to deal with the bugs and exploits in the game, I can tell you that a patch is in the works and will feature both numerous bugfixes, and additional new content such as maps and weaponry.
When I have a more certain estimate of a release date, I'll let you know. Failing that,I'll just drop the bomb without warning.
Until then, show those zombies the wrong end of your Boomsticks! I hope to see you all out there on the Killing Floor

I dont know about quicktime(?) but I wouldnt want the site without the java. The main page now has a link to the java resources needed, if that is the problem.

You need a browser based media player or plugin. Quicktime is probably what your browser is recommending, I'm sure there's alternatives.
