In the later waves of offices when the Fleshpounds come, they tend to get stuck where they morph, its round the corner at the bottom of the stairs. If you go up the stairs and look down the cracks you can see them all stuck. If you're a good aim you can throw grenades down, if 2 or more people do this it will eventually kill 1 or two, and the rest are then able to move!
