Well, I put in consumables and buyback tonight, meaning that aside from a few stylistic issues, this mother is done! And only 28 hours after deadline... that's a exam week for ya... anyway, expect screens/a demonstration sometime in the next couple days, as alex clears everything for consumption, and then A FLOOD OF UPDATES!!! As I get to play around with other things!

Yeah another issue we resolved last night was syncing the zombie's attacks with their animations
I dont know if you guys noticed but in the demo they actually hit you BEFORE their arms actually came down or whatnot.
Now it's actually synced and possible to dodge attacks if you're quick enough/ ;D

I dont know if you guys noticed but in the demo they actually hit you BEFORE their arms actually came down or whatnot. So the screen is NOT supposed to go white when your hit? Guessed so...Any advises, because it goes white for me when I get hit?

IM not sure, really. I hear some people were also having this issue, but they were mac users?
Aside from this, it might be your video card / drivers? I can't say.

The screen goes white for me because the motion-blur effect isn't compatible with OpenGL on Macs. Red Orchestra has the same thing, so someone included an off button for the blur.
If the screen goes white and you're on a PC, maybe you need to update DirectX?

There was a period of time where london gave me the problem, because my computer's old and london had some issues. But jeez, macs can't make it work? Okay, I'll figure out how to make that deactivate..able.
Sorry about the problems, there.

I dont think it's just Mac but OpenGL. AFAIK the blurring effects are D3D specific. I tried openGL but it was totally hosed. Most of the light sources were gone (gamma did nothing), all the meshes were invisible as well as a few walls/floors. I havent used OpenGL in a while so I'm not sure if that's normal for me, could have been a patch, but I'm pretty sure about the blur effect as Anomaly had the same problems.

OpenGL's techology extensions come via your video card's drivers, so if you were hitting those problems, you probably need to update your drivers. However, it sounds like the blur effect is unfixable.
-IF YOU ARE ON WINDOWS use only DirectX. Swallow your pride, because the game looks better.
-IF DIRECTX ISN'T AN OPTION- I will look into what I need to do to either detect OpenGL or allow you to disable OpenGL-incompatible effects in the system menu and fix this mother up.
